Problems loading videos

Hello all!

I have a webpage on WordPress that hosts 5 videos each video is between 1-1 1/12 hours long, I have been unable to watch the videos without them freezing half way through.

I have tried swapping devices, clearing my cache, swapping browsers and checking my internet speed.

Does anyone have any further suggestions on what I could try?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

from the left side you must opt for menu
Summary ( wait 30 seconds until report is generated )
you have to select Report from bar menu
from sub menu Quick Report - Plain Text - opting for Desktop as saving location , follow this

What is the web page? If we can narrow down if it is your computer or the hosting computer that is causing the problem, that would be great!
