Problems logging on to the net

    Hi, a friend of mine is having trouble trying to connect to thee internet, when he connects, the URL bar opens ok but the browser window remains empty, anyone got any suggestions.

    have him go to start.. run.. type in

    REGSVR32.EXE URLMON.DLL

    hit enter
