   I have VBA (visual boy advance) on a flash drive and when i try to open it :cry it gives me this: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
   It makes me soo mad. Is there a way to bypass this warning.
   Can anyone give me someway to get by this restriction
   I really need Help:cry
