Problems removing, help please

Got the following problems on my works PC, anti-virus cannot remove and there are run time errors which may be part of the same problem, can anyone help.

Various run time errors are:

Line 2 or 9 or 148 and so on unterminated string constant.

I also copies the following from the anti-virus log:

Inline log atatched!

 

Please follow the steps below:

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis:

It worked, thankyou for that, do have another small problem WNASPi32.dll was missing downloaded it and now I do not know where to extract it to, although I guess this is the wrong forum will try another one.

 

dll files are normally placed in the System32 directory.

Please post a HijackThis log, so that I can confirm that your system is clean.
