Your logs do not show any malware! Perhaps your problem is just due to the software you are running. Reconsider whether you really need all of the below

STOPzilla! Anti-Spyware - you already have Ad-Aware's Adwatch for realtime protection
    Google Toolbar
    GoogleToolbarNotifier
    Google Updater Service
Windows Live or at least the Windows Live Toolbar
    DAEMON Tools-1033
WinampAgent - does not need to load at startup for WinAMP to work
    Ulead Photo Express Calendar Checker
    Ulead AutoDetector
AVG Anti-Spyware - you ave Ad-Aware with Ad-Watch. You can uninstall this even if installed for the purposes of satisfying the READ ME.

Do you really need Yahoo Messenger and MSN Messenger? Do you always need them to be running? Do you really always want them to load at startup?

You don't need all the Adobe stuff to load. Some are for convience and to speed loading of PDF's up. But are you always loading PDFs or using Adobe.....I doubt it! So why waste the resources. Like the below:
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [updateMgr] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\AdobeUpdateManager.exe" AcRdB7_0_8 -reboot 1
    O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Gamma Loader.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Calibration\Adobe Gamma Loader.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: Adobe Reader Speed Launch.lnk = C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\reader_sl.exe

You don't need the below either:
    O4 - Global Startup: WinZip Quick Pick.lnk = C:\Program Files\WinZip\WZQKPICK.EXE

Again none of the above is malware! Thus, this is is not a topic that I will continue to discuss in this forum since we are too busy working malware issues. The majority of the "slow PC problems" I have seen are not due to malware. They are due to what users install and allow to run on their PCs.
