Problems to delete data in registry HKLM

    Win XP SP2. In registry HKLM\software\microsoft\Windows\currentvision\run REG_sz (data=) secureclean4regmanager
    I delete secureclean4manager but it came back sec. after (data is from a program secureclean i have uninstalled , i have system restore disabled,and i am adm.) I can read the path to where it should be in c:\programmer\, but there is nothing .I have used search in explorer, but nothing found.I can see it in msconfig start,and have uncheck,but it came back, .What part of the system generate these data ??
