Problems while following "Do not post.." thread

I have been attempting to follow the directions given in the DO NOT POST UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THIS: How to: Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal thread, but have run into a couple of problems.

1st: I use Windows ME and do not have the option of booting to "safe mode with networking support", only Safe Mode. While in safe mode I cannot make an internet connection and therefore can't run Trend in safe mode. I did run it in normal.

2nd: When I attempt to run Symantec Security Check I get errors; while using Firefox I get "Redirection for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked." And if I attempt while using IE, I get only a grey screen after clicking Go.

The problems I'm trying to deal with are the Trojans PSW.Stealer.F and .C

That's what your supposed to do, if you cant run the scans in Safe Mode then run them in normal mode.

Try some of these online scans:

Bitdefender online scan
RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
TrojanScan online scan
Panda Online Scan
