   I was working my way through your READ ME FIRST document and when I got to the task to run BitDefender I ran into problems. I continue to get an error in IE7 and it says that it must shutdown. Any suggestions on how to proceed.

   But Skip the Bitdefender scan for now and continue with the guide as once we have your logs, we can go about assisting you in removing your malware.
