I recently had issues with my computer, its starting to act up.

The first signs were that it would freeze when cleaning up my temporary internet files and i had to ctrl + alt + delete to get out.

Then it would not shutdown or restart at times, it seems random but sometimes it just gets stuck and ctrl + alt + delete does not work, trying to run a program gives an error screen that windows is attempting to shutdown. O and everytime that happens I get a "not responding" screen from CCAPP- (the norton security process) before it attempts to shutdown. At those times my only option is to manualy press the power button and shut it off that way.

Finally it seems that norton started to block out outlook and outlook express from the internet because if i attempt to update the emails with it active it fails but disabling norton allows the emails to go through.

I have followed all the instructions provided on the website so far except for the alternative scans, I did not find any spyware with those scans and the online virus scanners did not find anything major (I need help figuring out what the panda virus was talking about but i do not think it is the issue)

I attached all three logs bit, panda, and hjt. PLEASE I would appreciate any help because I cannot find the issue myself.

Scan with HijackThis and fix the following:
    Empty your Norton Quarantine Folder.
Empty Your Norton Protected Recycle bin.
Disable System Restore, then enable System Restore to flush your Restore points and create a clean System Restore point.

Other than that your system shows no infections.
