Problems With Firefox.

Hi.
Having problems with my mail program "Outlook". When I open the program it loads OK then I get a message at the top of the screen "A web page is slowing down your browser" and then I cannot open any of the messages.
This problem seems to have appeared after a Firefox update last week.
Running Win 10 with Firefox.

First thing to do is try another browser. That helps determine if it is a browser issue or a computer issue.

Have tried using Microsoft Edge and it appears to work OK.

That suggests is a Firefox problem. For now, I guess you'll have to use Edge for Outlook until there is another FF update. Then check again and see if Mozilla has fixed the problem.

There is another option: you can file a bug report.

The problem with that is you have to create an account with Bugzilla. You might just want to wait it out instead of joining yet another website.

Doesn't look like a Firefox problem for me. I can access my messages at Outlook.com in Firefox without issues. Could be a FF add-on or perhaps just too many tabs open?
