Problems with Internet Explorer

A couple weeks, some friends of mine came over. They insisted on looking at porn on the main computer(I keep on old one around for this purpose. Everybody else uses the good one). For what reason, I don't know. They just sat there and looked. Anyway, after they were done, I cleared the history and the other stuff(cookies, files, and history under the tools, internet options menu) but one a google image search still remains. Now Thanksgiving is coming up, and the whole family is coming home. The computer will be used a lot, if only for e-mail(and there will be more than that) I'm not sure what to do. Any help?

Try this:

1. Click on Tools in the IE menu
2. Select Internet Options
3. Select the Content Tab
4. Click the AutoComplete button
5. Click Clear Forms
6. Click OK
7. Click OK again
