Essentially, I'm not able to view more than 25 seconds of a java based video. it just gets stuck and tells me that it's buffering at 0%. I left my computer on for several hours with the video "buffering" and still nothing. Originally I thought maybe my java was out of date so I uninstalled any old versions and reinstalled the newest version. Still nothing different. I've tried several different browsers Chrome, Firefox 13, IE8 all with the same result.

This video is from http://www.screencast-o-matic.com and is used by a professor of mine for lectures and assignment feedback on a web based college, so it's extremely important I get this going. I spoke with my colleges tech support for several hours, tried adjusting settings and a myriad of other things and nothing worked. The only thing that allowed the video to run was when I booted into "safe mode with networking". The tech support guy believes it may have something to do with my ISP, but I'm not 100% positive.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Oh, I'm running Windows Vista.

    **Update**

This same video is loading when I connect to a different network, which leads me to believe that there is something on mine that is stopping Java streams and only Java. This makes no sense to me at all.
