problems with orange/thomson router

Hi, i need some help!!!
I have recently recieved my orange router and installed it wired as requested for the initial install. (on my fujitsu siemens pc)
I then tried to install it wireless through my belkin wireless card that i had installed inside the pc. Nothing happened!!!
I then rang orange who gave me these instructions:
Go into administative tools and go to wireless zero configuration and select Start (as it was saying it was stopped).
Go to network connections, right hand click on wireless network connection, go to properties, select the wireless network tab then tick the box to use windows to configure my wireless network settings.
This then lets me sign into the internet fine......Well until I log off or switch off etc. I then have to do it all again every time.
I have contacted orange again and they are telling me that the pc is reverting back to default every time it is switched off and they cannot do anything about it and should contact fujitsu to resolve this. I've tried this and they don't seem very helpful.
Please help as the pc is starting to get closer to falling out the window!!!!

 

Hi esphodge and welcome to MGs,
Go back into administrative tools and back to wireless zero configuration, right click and select properties. Beside Start up type, select Automatic and reboot and see if that will connect you. You might have to set your connection 1 more time but the service will start when you boot up now. If you have problems, post back.

I've just tried that, it hasn't done anything different. I still have to do the same things. Thanks anyway.
