Problems with PC

Hi,

I am having problems with my PC and now networking at home. Some files I have found are:
timoty.exe
qdrpack9.exe
msanton.exe

I've tries to read some of the posts here and do some of the fixes but I can't get to my control panel and I don't have internet access on the pc at the moment... I am using my laptop to post here. I know your very busy but like everyone here I am at a loss as to what I should do next.

Thanks for the help... can't tell you how I appreciate it.

Well I went through all of the items I could given the fact that I couldn't get access to some things like my control panel.

I started with Combo fix.... it ran for what seemed and hour and all it said was please wait while it loads or something to that effect.... I ended up quitting it. I tired to get to my control panel at that time... when I clicked the Start menu I could actually see the Control Panel heading... so I clicked it... after which my computer rebooted. The computer wil now not get past the welcome window where you log into... once it gets to that window it reboots again... so at the moment I can't restart my computer....
