Problems with Smitrem.exe

    Hi,

    I'm infected with Safetydefender.com and I have followed your instructions in the Read and Run me first and in the Spyware Qauke removal procedure threads. Unfortunately I've had problems running the the Bitdefender and the PandaScan. I have also not been able to download the Smitrem.exe application.

    Any alternative solutions?

    I appreciate the help.

    (I am a PC Windows XP user.)

    If the Bitdefender and Panda ActiveScan won't run; skip them.

    If you have access to another computer download smitrem.exe and save it to a disk or thumb drive. Then run it on the infected computer.
