problems with uninstalling Whale Communications

I use Whale Communications to connect my personal computer to company's servers .
I was having problem connecting ( per company's IT-- uninstall Whale and retry-- end of support for non - company computers )
I used Control panel to delete
But when I go back to web site-- Whale does not want to install-- appears that there was enough left that Whale sorta works but not really.
I have performed several seachs trying to find any files associated-- found a few and deleted- still not working correctly.
Is there a web site I can go to to downlaod clean program other than company web-site?
any sugestions on next step??

From what I gather WC is a subsidiary of MS. At the same time the links I found, such as this are rather dated.

If one scrolls down to the bottom " whale communication web site" it errors out!
What do the IT people in your firm have to say? Any tech support from WC?

I cannot get "any support" from my IT guys-- "we cannot suport any home computer" although they were the ones who told me to delete and then reinstall.
They are part of MS and if I go to support-- all I can find is "professional help at $99."
I is buggin me to no end that I cannot figure out where Whale is hiding out so that I can erase it all. All my IT guys will say is that " you had a bad install-- part of Whale is there - enough that the web site ( which will do a automatic install if needed ) thinks it's there, but it isn't enough to work correctly.
