Problems with various things

Hello,

I have some computer expertise and I am trying to fix my mother's computer (she downloads all sorts of crap and always seems to hose up her machine!)

So I went to the read me page and did everything it said. 1 virus was removed w/the tdsskiller program. She also had that Desk 365 program which I managed to get rid of and fixed her IE and FF settings. So no more search hijacking but I have other probs too. Couldn't run the MGTools program. Gave me this error message (didn't see this one listed) "cannot export C:MGTools\temp\xrkey10.txt:error writing the file. There may be a disk or file system error"

And yes, I disable the UAC and her Avira security software (showed the closed umbrella) and rebooted after doing the UAC thingy. Also ran the Defogger program.

I'm attaching the other log files for all the other programs I ran.

Thank you for any thing you may suggest! And there were also probs found w/registry keys in the mbam log too.
