I was looking through the process management programs on majorgeeks but there so many to choose from. i was hoping one could help me with my problem which is on my computer i keep getting a lot of rundll.exe in my process list. i would like to know what program is causing these. i was wondering if one of those process managers would show me what dll was loading or what program was causing it to run.

plodr hit the nail on the head, you can't get much better than Process Explorer.

Process Explorer is the most detailed and I have it on standby but System Explorer is my favorite for everyday use because it has a great System Tray icon (if you choose it) with lots of handy info.
Right clicking on a process and selecting File Info Search will take you to their database where members have put their opinions or you can do an automatic Google search
Selecting File Check will send it to VirusTotal or Jotti
Many other handy tools, charts etc that are easy to use and read.
There is a Portable version at the authors website if you want to test it without installing :cool
