Process System.exe

I lurked a lil, and noticed that my System.exe was way overreacting...
like 61k mem usage from taskmanager o.o

well, I did the read me first thing... and I've got some cleanups and some logs but... it havn't removed or lowered the System.exe thing, I think it's a malware, or that was what google said to me.

please, help ^^

You are not having any malware problems. Your logs are all clean. You also do not have a System.exe process. Your Task Manager Process list will show System not System.exe. System is a normal Windows system process and if it is using only 61 K ob memory it is not a problem. However perhaps you did not mean to say 61 k. Perhaps you meant to say 61 M which is 61000 K. That would not be normal and could indicate problems with Windows.

What is the below service for?
O23 - Service: Context Manager Process Extension (cmpe) - LightComm - C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmpe.exe

What do you use the below for?
O23 - Service: NetLimiter (nlsvc) - Locktime Software - C:\Arquivos de programas\NetLimiter 2 Pro\nlsvc.exe

Why does the below need to load and run everytime you start your PC?
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [w3dr.exe] C:\Lucas' Stuffs\Jogos\Warcraft3\\w3dr.exe

There is a possibility that this high memory use is related to AVG8. See the below:
