Every time I do a Windows Update, it fails with error code 80070020. I have followed other people's advice by disabling WindowsDefender and uninstalling AVG. I downloaded Process Manager, and got the attached lines. Can someone please interpret them for me?
I have got Vista Home Premium

You receive error 0x80070020 when you use the Windows Update Web site or the Microsoft Update Web site to install updates

Thankyou. I think what I'll do is work through the troubleshooting page for that error, and if that doesn't work, I shall log a support request by email
