Processor not being read?

I have a 1.8ghz amd athlon 64 and it still says that when i check properties of the "my computer" icon.
but in mirc when i do the show stats it says something different. it used to say 1801mhz but now it says

usually load is 0% and memory usuage once went up to 80%+ once and got me really worried. usually i go by what mirc says though because its fairly accurate when i compare the task manager mem usage to what it says in mirc. i'm just wondering though if what it says the amd is i should be worried about, because everything else i've checked says its fine..
it changed after i rearranged wires so my vid card got direct power (it kept saying it wasn't getting enough power when I have a 500w so that perplexed me)
i could try checking over the wires again to see if theres something out of place but i dunno if that'll help. otherwise games run fine like they normally do except an occassional lag in doom3 or bf2
