Can not remove from computer. Trend Micro finds it , but causes an internet error and shuts internet explorer down. Mcafee does not pick it up at all. What are the steps to remove this.

Do you mean ProcKill.A not ProctKill.A????

Show me a log of exactly what and where this is being found. Is it something like the below:
    C:\hp\bin\Terminator.exe
    C:\hp\bin\KillIt.exe

Also I have a question. Are you running Trend Micro Antivirus as well as McAfee?

Yes, that is what I mean. I'm not sure where it is being found exactly. As Trend is running, it shows up, but before the program gets to where I can actually remove what is found, I get the error.

I have McAfee installed on my computer. I've been getting a lot of blue screens and the computer was freezing. I tried to update the McAfee virus vault to run a scan the other day, but it keep freezing on me and I had to reboot the computer several times. So then I thought I would go ahead and update my Windows (ME), but that froze also. My Spybot Search and Destroy also froze after a certain period of time. So I figured I would go and do a free virus scan online just incase and that's when I got the message from Trend Micro saying I had this ProcKill.A. I ran my McAfee without doing the update and it doesn't come up with anything.

I tried running my CCleaner and got a message saying it needed to close, as does the Internet Explorer and other programs. I also go online to order things and it won't let me select anything to put into my cart - that's what really made me start all of this "cleaning". I thought I had some spyware or something on there that might have been preventing me from running programs normally. Spybot, before it shut down on me, did find CouponBar 7 entries and another "virus" that had 2 entries, but I don't remember what it was. When I rebooted, I tried running it again, but they didn't come up the second time.

I doubt you have a Prockill.A problem. Is this an HP computer or do you have any HP hardware like a printer, camera, scanner...etc installed? If so, it is probably what I mentioned.

Your problems sound more like computer issues that are not related to malware. You may be at a point where your Windows ME system needs a format. Windows ME was a very flaky OS.

If you want to check you PC for malware, you can do that by following the instructions in the below link:
