Program control in Zone Alarm

First, I want to thank Matacumbie for helping me find my "Local Settings" file
through an answer to someone else's inquiry.

In the Program Control of Zone Alarm, I have a bunch of HP programs asking
for Access to my computer. ZA"s Entry Detail window doesn't really tell me
what they are. Since I have an HP Printer, I'm leary about assuming they are
related to the HP's program. HP said they could help but it would cost me
$65.00. Is there any way to determine what these programs are?

They are still being blocked waiting for my access, while I wait for any advice
on them.

You can do a Google search for the name of an application (or file) that's trying to access the internet and you'll nearly always get an answer.

 

Katman - if you list the name of the files seeking access in this thread, those of us who have HPs should be able to give you some assistance with this.
