Program icons taking over other porgram icons

Recently i've had two programs take over the icon for powerdesk (a program i use a lot), Could it be my video card (It's a radeon x1300 pro 256 meg ddr) pushing my power supply to the edge (I do have a dvd burner and a dvd reader connected to my computer) or is my windows xp home edition sp2 based computer haunted?
By the way i do have all the updates that are out plus i'm using internet explorer 7 release version.

 

I'm just using the display drivers.
