program to find&delete old folders

    I am looking for a program which will find folders I rarely or never access and delete them & their contents.

    can anyone recommend a good one?

    Hi

    I ever have cause to use a duplicate finder then I narrow down with this app http://majorgeeks.com/Duplicate_Cleaner_d5464.html but I manually check each one if doing a check on if I have saved exact same files in multiple locations.

    Its crucial you know what you are deleting as many users do delete what is listed as a duplicate but could be a crucial file for a current application.

    Unfortunately, that is not what I was looking for. That will only find duplicate files. I am trying to find all the files and folders in my computer that I haven't accessed recently.

    Just to input alittle more info: As halo says, it is crucial to know what you are deleting. xp pro has an option for deleting little used files, but on my "add/remove programs" programs that I use every day are described as 'rarely used', so that is a glitch that could possibly lead to problems, I would think.
