    Hi

I have saved my Outlook 2007 calendar to disc, which has produced a prn file that my computer can't read.

I googled for a program to read it and downloaded Ghostview but still couldn't read it. Does anyone have any ideas?

    thanks

Prn files are printer files, have you tried opening it with your printer software??

You do not say which windows you are using but in general.
Normally Prn files contain "commands" for the printer so if you do open it you will almost ceatainly see a lot of useless info.

If you have wordprocessing you can open the file or rename *.prn to *.doc so your wordprocessing can recognise it

I have not tried this since my XP days but it may work for you or as you created the file just try to print it.

If the printer that created the prn file is the one you are now using, you can use this utility. I think in settings, you will select your printer. Drag the prn file onto the utility window and it will print. I have used this some time ago and it does work.
