Programmes not responding on Windows 7

My laptop started running very slowly over the last week and a half, scans are coming up clear and I uninstalled a couple of programmes which I had installed around the time it slowed down. My laptop is now freezing whatever I try to do, it seems to be particularly bad when using Windows Explorer. I have run through your procedure up to step 4 and am attaching the results.

For the Hitman pro run I didn't filter out the cookies, not sure if I missed the settings or what, so hopefully that doesn't give you too much info you don't want.

Any assistance most gratefully received as I don't know what the problem is.
