Programming in BASIC

Ive got DARK BASIC Lite, and was wondering if anyone knew of any sites that have tutorials or can jot down a few things? I know some basic BASIC, lol, (no pun intended).

Yes I've already checked there, is there an inexpensive book that teaches/helps you learn BASIC? I know of one but its about $40 :eek

 

Either go to your local library and borrow a book from them (I'm positive if you have a library, they will have books on programming, especially in older languages like BASIC), or look around for free tutorials on the Internet (Google).

 

Way back in the early 80s I taught myself basica/gwbasic by typing in programs line by line and running them during each time. Slow process, but I learned quite a bit, without ever cracking open a book.
