Programs continue to deselect themselves

Hi, this is my first time posting. My parents have been having a lot of trouble with their computer for the past few months since their computer keeps deselecting the currently active window. Unfortunately, this is a huge inconvenience, especially while typing. Please help. I already tried the Malware removal instructions, but I'm still having problems. I have attached my logs. I'm typing this from my personal laptop.

Welcome to Major Geeks!

Problems like you mentioned are typically not related to malware. And your clean logs agree. More often this is a hardware problem or software conflict. You will most likely have to address this in the Software Forum ( possibly Hardware Forum ). But first let me ask does the same problem occur in safe boot mode?

Hi, yes, the problem still occurs in SafeMode. I will repost this in Software and if they can't help, I'll try again in Hardware. Thanks!

You're welcome. Try uninstalling all of the below and rebooting to see if it has any effect:
Ask Toolbar
McAfee Security Scan Plus
Norton Security Suite
