Whats annoying you alot, what symptoms are you getting, is it general slowness, popups, browser hijacks, if hijacks & popups what?

Plus you have two Antivirus applications installed at once in AVG Free and McAfee Virus Scan, two AVs will conflict with each other, causing weird errors or lockups and slowness in general PC use and the opeing of programs, uninstall one of them.

Is their a reason you didnt........

Attach your Panda and Bitdefender logs?
Update your JAVA to latest version?
Install Defender or Counterspy?

Also your DVD Cliprex application installs WhenUsave
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Cliprex_WhenUSave_Installer] C:\Program Files\Cliprex_WhenUSave_Installer\Cliprex_WhenUSave_Installer.exe a popup advertising peice of software, without telling you, even their site has no mention of them installing is in the product... sneeky, I would be un-installing that application.

You didnt Uninstall Messenger Plus as mentioned inthe guide also?
Uninstall Malware via Add/Remove Programs

please do re-complete the guide and re-post all the logs.
