Prosavageddr and Utilities

Hi,
I have the same problem as amandala.
The problem is: I know nothing about computer and I got my laptop second hand.
It's an old laptop, it worked pretty fine until I deleted the prosavage DDR and utilities.
How can I know what type of graphic card I have? If I want to reboot the computer, will I lose every document in my computer? How can I reboot my computer?
It drives me crazy with the scrolling problem and the most important thing is the video.
The quality of the video just annoyed me.
Please someone help me and please explain it in the most simple term. I know NOTHING about computer.

FYI, I try to google free download Prosavage DDR and utilities and already downloaded several programs, yet the problem has not been solved:
- Glary Utilities 2.17.0.776
- installer_driver_via_s3_pro_savage_ddr_p_(series)_13_01_09_English.exe
- Wins3id.exe
- driver detective
