Protectionband.com

Hi, i'm at my wits end, I have some sort of Highjacker that changed my home page to Protectionband. com and all the research I have done tells me that its pretty dangerious i've used Spybot, AVG, and Ad-aware all new edtitons none of them got rid of it, it also comes up with popups that say that somthing called Spydawn has found X amount of problems and if I buy it, it will get rid of them I figure that this is fake and too shady so I NEED HELP! tell me what to do

I DID IT!, I entered Safe mode, Ran Ad-aware and restarted and its gone!
