Re: PS3 to CPU ICS BFE.dll failure

I've figured out that my ICS isn't running in my services. I tried to start it, but it is dependant on another service called BFE.dll. Vista Ultimate 64 bit. I've been searching for a solution for days, but can't find a fix. I've tried copying over the bfe.dll file off the the windows disc after granting myself full control to the file, I'm guessing that the registry key is corrupted or invalid. I'm currently backing up all my files, probably will take around 30, 8G DVD's, but only think I can think of is to do a copy over. Has anyone ever had to do this to correct anything, not a clean install, but just a copy-over. Would that correct registry errors?

anyone know how to read registry file

If there is anyone that knows anything about regedit, I'm posting a exported copy of the BFE.dll file that I'm trying to start. I'm getting Error 5 access denied.
