PSU Pre-Failure Monitoring Software?

Looking for Power Supply Unit monitoring software, not too exotic, that can warn, in real time, in Windows and on Desktop. Taskbar, etc., of impending PSU failure, especially if individual voltages are beginning to fail. Recent decline of a faulty PSU was problematic, and only solved by a process of elimination. The signs were there, but a direct warning would have made matters much easier. Feel sure that others would benefit from such a real-time monitor if available or writeable?
