Publisher document problem

    Hi all.
    I have created a personalised envelope for someone in Publisher.
    I email it to him but it opens strange with crosses and jumbled words rather than the logo.
    He has emailed it back to me and it opens just fine.
    He has exactly the same version of microsoft office (2007) as i have.
    Anyone know why this would happen??
    Only difference I can think of is
    I am windows xp
    He is windows 7

    Check what font you set it up in; perhaps he doesn't have this font and the computer tries to use a different font.

    As far as a logo, is this a graphic element?

    Yes, it has a clip art of a house roof, a couple of wide lines then the writing.
    The main font is times new roman.
    It was created using Photo Shop 5.
    Saved as a J peg, then sent via email.

    Can the person view other jpg files on his computer?

    Yes he can.
    What i've tried now is sending just the artwork as a peg, not the whole envelope that was made in publisher.
    He's not in at the mo si i'll have to wait to see if he can open that.
    If so he may be able to paste it on a new envelope in publisher.
    Even if he can, i'd still like to know what goes on!
