    Sirs,
I've run all your removal tools and saved all the logs, and Hope i did everything correctly. I've had problems before your removal tools always zapped without ever having to inquire for more assistance before.

The background on my problem about 3 weeks ago i started to get hijack google search results, intermittently, scanned with superantispyware, and it found PUP.Mywebsearch and removed it, but i still had the redirect ongoing, at that time i restored to an older date and no longer had the problem, until it reappeared yesterday. having used your site before i came back and followed the steps on your site.

I use AVG regularly and it did find a Trojan this AM too, that it quarantined....

I"m attaching the logs requested, and I hope i'm doing everything correctly, thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer

    Uninstall Chrome for now.

    Then run the below:

    Reset Firefox to Defaults

Then reboot your PC. After reboot, test Firefox and let us know the results.

Well that seems to have solved the problem, at least for now.

    You're welcome.

If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware.
    2. Go back to step 4 oof the READ ME and renable your Disk Emulation software with Defogger if you had disabled it.
    3. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis. If you don't see it or it will not uninstall, don't worry about it. Just move on to the next step.
    4. If running Vista or Win 7, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click ( if running Vista, Win7, or Win 8 Right Click and Run As Administrator ) on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    6. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
