As I mentioned before, I had inherited my Lenovo ThinkCentre M75e 5042A7U. Let's call the person I inherited from "ORIGINAL OWNER".

Now, whenever I run MG, I invariably find, in addition to a PUP that is registry data for Dogpile, 68 other PUPs that are all identical:

    PUP.Optional.CrossRider
    C:\Users\ ( ORIGINAL OWNER ) \AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\i6wqd.default-1359751077217\prefs.js9oq

And in C:\Users, I have found 56 users that don't show up in User Accounts:

    TEMP
    TEMP.(ORIGINAL OWNER)-THINK
    TEMP.(ORIGINAL OWNER)-THINK.000

    (etcetera)

    TEMP.(ORIGINAL OWNER)-THINK.053

Any ideas on what this is all about? Should I just delete all these users?

Hi what in this case is "MG"?
If its the full read and run me malware guide HERE then you should wait for an all clear before going down different routes of tech troubleshooting,

Personally with an inherited PC or Laptop I would always clean install Windows again so main user is you... use the option of a factory restore, really would not mess around with cleaning various user accounts.

Sorry, my bad, that was a typo, I meant "MB" - Malwarebytes.
Well, maybe I should have done that, but I didn't, and at this point I'd rather not have to reinstall a bunch of programs unless it was really necessary. I'm pretty sure Refresh wouldn't get rid of unused users, but what about Reset (as opposed to Restore or reinstalling Windows)?

Refresh = reinstalls Windows and keeps your personal files and settings.
Reset = returns your machine to "out of the box" condition.
Restore = undo recent system changes you've made.
