Is there a way to push emails to an email server?

I lost access to my old email/domain provider (can't remember the name of it). I opened a new account with HostGator a while ago but never transferred the email accounts. All I have are the emails and files within my Outlook program. I have a saved .pst file which I can use to restore the files & emails in the event of an emergency. I'm trying to push the emails that I currently have in Outlook to my new email/domain provider, HostGator. I'm using IMAP. Every time I do a sync, it removes the emails from my computer because the HostGator server is empty. I then have to restore from that .pst backup file to get everything back. I want to upload what I have on my computer to my account on those servers and then continue emailing like normal. Is there a way to do that or is this wishful thinking?

Try zipping your .pst file and sending it to yourself. Good luck!
