Put Xp install ce on usb.

    I want to ask you this. Is there a way to format a usb stick and place the files of a windows xp install cd so i can format my pc from the usb instead of the dvd?
    Is there any way to format a disk and make it boot to a command line? at the old days of win95/98 that was possible now days with xp and so on i miss this great future. so since in system32 folder there are so many line programs can you format a disk and boot to cmd.com? so i can have a command line for xp?
