PuTTY problem

I was using a tunnel program to get lower pings while gaming, but it just doesn't work anymore, this tunnel just make it easier by running proxifier and putty and loading their settings, so I tried to load both myself and proxifier looks normal, but puttys window stays black and then this window shows up:
PuTTY Fatal error
Network error : Connection timed out

I am sure the server im trying to connect to is working, also I have format and disabled antivirus and windows firewall. I don't remember doing something that could make it stop working.

To run proxifier and putty myself, I had to load the proxifier settings (.prx file), run putty, choose server and login (This server is a private one, I had to use a .reg file to add it).

Any solutions?
