    Hi,

    I'm still a Quake III Arena junkie,lol, so i was wondering if anyone knows a good freeware .mp3 to .wav converter, so I can use my .mp3's for mods? I've gotta convert 'em to these specs:

    Bit Rate: 705kbps
    Audio Sample size: 16 bit
    Audio Sample rate : 22kHz

    Are your MP3's at these specs or higher? The bitrate you have listed here is VERY high (most MP3's are ~ 192Kbps) and you can't convert UP.

    Sorry! what I meant was I need to convert my .mp3's to .WAV files of those specs!

    I believe that is what mada is saying... if your mp3's arent at that high of a qual... you really cant get "better qual. out of them

    Yup!

    You can't turn a MP3 with a bitrate of 192kbps into ANYTHING with a higher bitrate! I'm asking you to make sure that your MP3's are AT LEAST 705kpbs or higher. I'm willing to bet that they aren't.
