Qoologic Fix not working!

    Iv'e tried what was posted on the sticky. This think just keeps coming back. Any suggestions?

    Which sticky are you referring too? If you are referring to the READ & RUN ME, you need to attach the requested logs from steps 6 & step 7.

    If you are talking about Qoologic/Winsync/Kavsvc it is not a fix, it is only a scan to locate problem files.

    You must follow directions! Logs must be attachments and you MUST run all steps in the READ & RUN ME which you have not run. Please complete ALL steps in the READ ME, including:
    - Installing and running Windows Defender, Spybot and Ad-ware
    - Running the two online scans from step 6 and attaching the logs as already requested
    - follow the directions in step 7 and install HijackThis properly which you did not do.

    Please Attach logs!
