You mentioned it's necessary to empty any quarantine folders for antivirus and antispyware applications.

How do I do it? When I go to quarantine in Ewido (many trojans and other malware), there is an option to "remove finally"....if I click on it it asks me if I want to delete the original files...what do I do?

    Thanks for any help.

Me again... In AVG there is an option to wipe/heal/restore. It's mostly Trojan horses - Generics and Downloadr Zlobs, downloaders and unknown viruses.

OK, I did that, what do I do with those in Ewido?

Maybe my post in message number 3 was not clear. Delete them! That is the whole purpose of emptying the quarantines. We want to get rid of them completely.
