Quattro Pro 9 won't open

A couple days ago I tried to open my WordPerfect Quattro Pro 9 program to update a file, and it would not open. I had a "Quattro Pro 9 has enountered a problem" window pop up with the send or don't send error report. I uninstalled and re-installed with WordPerfect program, but it is still occurring. In the system event log, it says "faulting application qpw.exe version 9.0.0.528 faulting module qpw.exe version 9.0.0.528 faulting adddress 0x00009b48. Can anyone tell me what went wrong with my program and how I can fix it? (I have Windows XP.) I can't do a system restore because my computer is set up to only save the most recent restore points, so now it is too late to use.
