Question About Guest Account in Win XP

I've been trying to access the internet through the guest account but I can't find it anywhere. When I open the Network Connection nothing is there. What should I do? I have the access to the administration account.

 

Try Control Panel>Users then make sure guest account is turned on. Never actually used it myself but that looks to be the place to start.

 

Well, it's on already. That is why I'm asking how to avail the internet connection in the guest account because I can access to it but no dial-up or whatsoever
