I recently installed Online-Armor and when I update Spybot and immunize, the online armor window pops up telling me a progam wants to change your hosts file saying: "set www.securutycenteralerts.com to 127.0.0.1". I understand that 127.0.0.1 is my own computer but should I allow this or block it?

Also many other url's come up to redirect to 127.0.0.1. I suppose this is part if the immunization process...just not sure if I should allow it.

Yes you should allow this. As you guessed this is all part of the Immunization feature. Thousands of lines will be added to your hosts file to protect you from known bad websites.
