   When trying to update my SpyBot to get the newest definitions, I get a error message that says "Socket Error #1104". I already tried re-installing Spybot. I recently installed Norton Personall Firewall, so do you think that could be causing the error? I have been able to use SpyBot succesfully before, as it just recently started giving me the error when I try to download the updates. Any idea on what this error means or how to fix it?

   Do you mean: Socket error 11004
   
   Simply try disabling your firewall for a few seconds while you update to see if it helps? What version of Spybot S&D do you have? And what OS are you running?
