Question about SUPERAntiSpyware logs

SUPERAntiSpyware is awesome, and I use it regularly when cleaning up client PCs. However, I have found that it doesn't always save the logs correctly. For example, right after a scan is done, I always save the log to the default location that SAS has prescribed (I don't know what that is), and I usually save another 'copy' on the desktop, but I have found that at least 60% of the time, if I don't save that 2nd copy to the desktop, the log seems to disappear. I can check the logs section of SAS and nothing is listed, I can then run a search using 3rd party search tools (like Agent Ransack) and the log has vanished. And this happens at least 60% of the time! I like to save the logs to show to clients after the PC is clean, but with SAS vaporizing them w/o warning, it makes it a bit rough....

I should probably reference this to SAS customer support.... I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed their SUPERAntiSpyware logs dissolving for no apparent reason and without warning.....

I've never had the problem dlb. They only thing I can suggest is, before you start a scan, you check the settings in the "View Scan Logs" page. I delete the logs every once in a while to keep them from building up.

EDIT: You're not wiping them out with CCleaner are you?
