I can't seem to find a quick way to empty the junk box in Thunderbird!! I've discovered that I have to either go into the tools menu and tell it to do it in "X" amount of time...or I have to delete each one individually!! There doesn't seem to be an option like in the "Trash" box where you can right click on it and then click on "Empty Trash"!?!?

Am I missing something here?? Being that I check my Junk box everytime I check my mail, and then clean it out then and there...I was hoping for a quicker way to do this...where I have the controls...not something the program does automatically!!!

IIRC, there is an option that you can set to empty the trash can when you exit TB...check in the options menu.

Open the Junk Folder then click on Tools>Delete mail marked as junk in folder. That will empty it.
