Question about the Radeon X700 Pro

    i was wondering whats the max safe temps for this video card? i cant seem to find much info on it

    I'm not sure about the exact temps for that particualr card, but (IMHO) video cards shouldn't run over 65C or 70C for any length of time. I've seen the x1600pro AGP run at an average of 57C, going as high as 63C during a 3D bench/stress test..... Like I said, this is just my opinion and what I've seen on a different ATI card.....

    for pretty much any video card, as long as you stay below 70C (its getting up there with new cards though, around 80C) you'll be fine. i have a somewhat comparable card and it idles around 45-50 and gets to 60-65 under load
